Shottr takes screenshots, including scrolling captures, and adds OCR, a screen ruler, and a color picker. It runs on macOS 10.15 or later. The purchase page lists a one-time Basic license at $12, for one person and up to five computers, and says a free copy asks you to upgrade after 30 days. A license is required for commercial use. Check shottr.cc before you pay.
